Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use this website, on what legal basis, and the rights you have. It is written for the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO).

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., a Microsoft company, USA). When you visit, GitHub automatically processes technical connection data – including your IP address, the requested page, and your browser user-agent – in server logs to deliver the site and protect against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Fonts

Typefaces are served directly from this website's own server. No font CDN or other third party (such as Google Fonts) is contacted to load them, so no data is shared with anyone for this purpose.

Web analytics

To understand how the site is used and to improve it, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). It is a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies or any other client-side storage, and does not track you across websites or build a profile of you over time. It records only aggregate measurements – such as page views, referring sites, and general device and country information – none of which identify you individually. Because no information is stored on or read from your device, no consent banner is required. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site's use (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The interactive demo

The site offers an optional demo in which you enter a business priority and a few metrics, and receive a generated "cascade." When you run the demo:

• Your inputs are sent to Anthropic (Anthropic PBC, USA) via our processing backend (Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare, Inc., USA), which generates the response. Anthropic processes these inputs solely to produce the output and, under its commercial API terms, does not use them to train its models.
• Your IP address is processed transiently by the backend to rate-limit requests and prevent abuse. It is not stored alongside your inputs.
• Optional storage: only if you tick the consent box, your inputs and the generated cascade are retained for up to one year to improve the product. No name, email, or IP address is stored with them – the stored records do not identify you. You can withdraw consent or request deletion at any time via the contact above.

The legal basis for running the demo you requested is the performance of a pre-contractual step at your request and our legitimate interest in demonstrating the product (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The legal basis for the optional storage is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Booking a call

Links to schedule a call open Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). If you book, Calendly processes the data you provide there (such as your name, email, and chosen time) to arrange the meeting, as a processor on our behalf. The legal basis is the performance of a pre-contractual step at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Calendly's own privacy terms apply to its service.

Contacting us by email

If you email us, we process the address and message content to respond to your enquiry, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where applicable, pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

International data transfers

Some processors named above are located in the USA. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the providers' certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

Consented demo inputs are kept for at most one year and then deleted automatically. Server and security logs are kept by the respective hosting providers for their standard periods. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection regarding your personal data, and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise any of these, email sebastian@structuralcontent.com.

Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For this site that is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The current version always applies, with the date shown at the top.
